Getting Around

Highways, the Airport and Manchester Next Door

Two highways cross in Bedford. The Everett Turnpike runs north and south, Route 101 runs east and west, and US 3 runs through town as well, so Manchester, Nashua and the Seacoast are all a straight shot.

Manchester–Boston Regional Airport is one town over. A proposed extension of the MBTA's Lowell Line would add a commuter rail stop in Bedford by the airport, though for now it's still a proposal.
